Facebook Ads Retargeting Brings $5800 Recurring Monthly Revenue

An automotive repair service client that works with local individuals who need automotive repair service is having a hard time bringing in customers to scale. It is difficult to promote the service using standard means because it is a newer concept and a service that requires direct human interaction (as in passing design briefs and requirements).

Following in the footsteps of most automotive businesses, we ran a Facebook Ad Campaign in which they offered a free custom check-up ( an equivalent to Free Trial ). We skipped the booking process and proceed to take in the customers right after they contacted the company for convenience. Although we were successful in capturing leads, the best part came when we retargeted their ads.


Results

The company realized that it could use retargeting more effectively. As a result, they ran a retargeting campaign on visitors to the sales page, which accounted for 17 of the 30 new customers per month to $5800 in revenue. More than half of their new customers came from a retargeting marketing campaign, proving that converting a retargeted visitor is far easier and more efficient than converting a new one.
